The Triton High School band and choir participated at district contest last week and each group earned a “gold” rating.
The contest was held at Concord.
Mr. Pete Foster is the conductor of both the band and the choir. He will be retiring at the end of this year.
Mrs. Christine Cook is the accompanist.
Superintendent Donna Burroughs said, “We thank Mr. Foster and Mrs. Cook for all they do for our musically talented students.”
