City HallThe City of Plymouth will hold their regular meetings Monday beginning at 6 p.m. in the council chambers of city hall.  Agenda for the meeting includes awarding the bids for the Ledyard Water Treatment Plant, the Water Main Extension and a Storage Building at the Ledyard Plant.  Quotes will also be open for a new furnace and air conditioning unit for the old administration building at the Wastewater Plant.

The City department heads will give their reports.  Utility Superintendent Donnie Davidson will ask the Board of Public Works to approve a contract with Midwestern Engineers for improvements to the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

The City Attorney will present a resolution designating a vehicle from the Police Department a surplus and authorize transfer to the Aviation Board.  The board will also consider the requests from the Rotary Club to close a portion of Garro Street, St. Michael School requests a temporary closure of Center Street for Olympic Day and also for a Cinco De Mayo Festival.

The Common Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 although there are no agenda items to consider.
