Matt Hassell, Bremen Police Chief Released his department’s activity report for March 20 to the 26.
Bremen Police officers issued a total of 46 traffic warnings, and 29 citations during the period.
Officers from the Bremen Police Department responded to three property damage accidents during the time frame: March 21st at State Road 331 and State Road 106, on March 25th at 112 West Hardin Street and on March 26th at the intersection of West North Street at Spencer Street.
During the same time period Bremen Police arrested five individuals, On March 20th Terry Coplen of Bremen was arrested for OWI of .15% of above, operating intoxicated endangering a person and an unsafe vehicle. On March 22nd Andres Main of Bremen was arrested for operating a vehicle after being determined a habitual traffic violator and possession of marijuana. On March 25th Seth Olshan of Elkhart was arrested for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, visiting a common nuisance and a warrant through Elkhart County. Also arrested was Adrianna Robinson of South Bend was arrested for possession of marijuana. The final arrest by Bremen Police was on March 26th. Joel Trombley of Bremen was arrested for public intox.
Bremen officers also responded to several fire calls, on the 21st a structure fire at 3077 Sea Lane and a general fire alarm at Signature Health Care at 316 Woodies Lane. On March 24rd they assisted the LaPaz Fire Department.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation.
Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
