Monday morning the Marshall County Drainage Board will conduct their monthly meeting in the Commissioner’s meeting room on the second floor of the County Building.
Agenda for the short meeting includes review of an issue on the Newcomb-Eisenhour Ditch for Van Vactor Farms that needs a correction from January 22nd, 2008.
Other items include miscellaneous business, approval of the September 15th minutes and other business.
The Commissioner’s meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:30. Their agenda includes a Public Hearing on the 3B Road vacation request by Daniel and Beth Cashen.
County Building Inspector Chuck DeWitt will present his quarterly report and the commissioners will also hear from the Highway Department, County Attorney and Auditor.
Both meetings are open to the public and comments and questions are welcomed.
