09/19/14 On Monday, September 15th at 12:01 A.M. Plymouth Police Officer Chris Miller responded to 301 Skylane Drive in reference to theft. After conducting an investigation, 39 year old Stephen E. Beitz of Plymouth was arrested for theft and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Beitz was held on a $755 cash bond.
He was released on Wednesday, September 17th with no judicial review and was issued an October 21st Superior Court II date for his initial hearing.
