ShopliftingOn Friday, August 22nd at 4:00 A.M. Plymouth Police Officer Matthew Emenhiser responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a female shoplifter. Arriving at the store, Officer Emenhiser arrested 18 year old Olivia A. Coulter of Plymouth for theft after she was detained attempting to steal several items.

Coulter was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $755 cash bond. She was released on Monday, August 25th after posting bond and was issued a September 29th Superior Court II date.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
