Argos Police investigated a two vehicle accident at US 31 and State Road 10 Tuesday afternoon about 1:40.
The accident occurred when Brandon Kamp of Rochester was riding his motorcycle northbound on US 31 when John Nonemaker of Plymouth, when a vehicle failed to yield the right-of-way.
Nonemaker was crossing west bound on SR 10 and failed to yield right of way striking Kamp and throwing him from the motorcycle.
Mr. Kamp was transported to Woodlawn Hospital in Rochester. Nonemaker was not injured.
