11/23/10 On Wednesday, November 17th at 7:59 PM Officer Wally Derifield with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at 3rd and West Jefferson Streets.  The driver, 26 year old Stacey Moore of Pear Road was found to be intoxicated.   She was arrested for driving under the influence and resisting law enforcement and transported to the Marshall County Jail.   Moore was booked in on a $1,000 bond and was released on Thursday, November 18th at 6:15 PM after posting her cash bond.

On Friday, November 19th at 8 AM Officer Jesse Pippenger conducted a traffic stop on 55 year old Pamela K. Chizum of Walnut Street. Chizum was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior charge and was transported to the Marshall County Jail.  She was booked in on a $1,500 bond and was released on Saturday, November 20th at 11AM after posting her bond.

A short time later at 8:24 AM Friday Officer Ray West ran a check on the driver’s license of David A. Shambarger II of Bremen.  He was found to have an active warrant through Kosciusko County and was arrested and held without bond at the Marshall County Jail for Kosciusko County.

On Saturday, November 20th at 12:19 AM Officer Tim Taberski responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to two female shoplifters. Upon arriving Officer Taberski arrested both 21 year old Sarah M. Bagg and 18 year old Deanna L. Hoffman of Lakeville for theft.  They were transported to the County Jail and booked on $1,000 bonds each. Bagg was released on Monday, November 22nd at 12:55 AM after posting bond and Hoffman was released at 7:45 PM on Saturday, November 20th after posting her bond.

At 5:10 PM Saturday Officer Derek Workman arrested 18 year old Jonathan Porter of Michigan Street for theft from Wal-Mart. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $1,000 bond.
