Triton 4th Graders Visit Forks of the Wabash

  10/09/12 The 4^th grade classes of Triton Elementary School visited the Forks of the Wabash in Huntington.  The students were able to travel back in time where early American settlers signed peace treaties with the Native Americans. They were able to visit the home of Chiefs’ LaFontaine and Richardville, and explore other historic buildings along the Wabash River. The trip was organized by fourth grade teachers: Sharon Bules, Laura Reese, and Shawna Shively.
