10/08/12 Once again the Town of Argos will have the Fall Large Item Clean Up. Item such as furniture, mattresses and the like that the residents wish to dispose of can be placed at the curb for pick on Wednesday, October 10th and 24th. Appliances must be tagged showing that the chemicals have been removed. Construction materials WILL NOT be picked up. Electronics should be taken to the Marshall County Solid Waste Management in Plymouth.
The leaf vacuum truck is tentatively scheduled to begin mid-October for leaves, grass & garden clean up. This vacuum will run until the leaves are off the trees. Please rake the leaves to the curb and not into the street.
The Argos Council has set Halloween’s trick or treating hours to be 5pm to 7pm. Please leave your porch light on if you wish to have goblins, super heroes, princesses and pirates to visit.
