10/03/12  On Tuesday, September 27th at 5:51 PM Plymouth Police Officer Gary Cleveland responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a female shoplifter.   Arriving at the store Officer Cleveland was advised by the loss of prevention employees that they had observed 49 year old Coleen L. Unsicker of Bremen leave the store with two shopping cart loads of merchandise valued at$1,502.25 that had not been paid for. Unsicker was arrested for theft and transported to the Marshall County Jail with a $1,505 bond. She was later released that night at 9:45 PM after posting her cash bond.

On Friday, September 30th at 3:48 AM Officer Chris Miller observed a vehicle traveling southbound in a northbound lane of South Michigan Street and East Lake Street where a traffic stop was initiated. The driver, 46 year old Filiberto Gunzalez Palomares of Plymouth was found to be operating while intoxicated.  He was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,505 bond.

On Monday, October 1st at 4:37 AM Officer Wally Derifield conducted a traffic stop on Michigan Street on 30 year old Frank Beran of Plymouth. It was found that Mr. Beran was driving under the influence.  He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in with a $1,505 bond. He was later released at 6:10 PM that night after posting his cash bond.
