05/21/12  On Sunday, May 16th at 7:23pm, Officer Derek Workman of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Roger D. Young 51, of LaPaz after he conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Oak and PIDCO Drives. Mr. Young was driving the vehicle while intoxicated after forfeiture of license for life. Young was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with no bond set, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court I on June 26th.

On Thursday, May 17th Plymouth Police arrested Coley Henderson 23, of Plymouth at the Pak-A-Sak gas station on Jefferson Street after it was learned that he had two warrants, one for failure to appear fines and costs with a bond of $289.00, and a warrant for a probation violation with no bond set, and possession of marijuana on school grounds with a $3000.00 cash bond. A scheduled court appearance for Henderson will be held on June 26th in Marshall County Superior Court II.

On Thursday, May 17th at 6:42pm, William M. Paterson 41, of Plymouth was arrested at the intersection of Michigan Street and Shalley Drive after Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop. Patterson was driving the vehicle with a suspended license and a prior charge. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1500.00 cash bond.  He is scheduled to appear for on June 26th in Marshall County Superior Court II.

In the early hours of  Friday, May 18th at 12:52am, Sergeant Joe Deisch arrested Jacob Belcher 32, of Plymouth at the intersection of  Washington and Walnut Streets after Marshall County issued a warrant for Belcher’s arrest.  Belcher was wanted for failure to appear on a probation violation with no bond set. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where at this time no court date has been issued.

On Friday, May 18th Officer Jordan Rans was dispatched to Speedway Gas Station in reference to a suspicious male. Upon arrival the officer arrested Stephen E. Beitz 37, of Plymouth for theft. Beitz was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $3,000.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court I on June 5th.
