The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety and the Common Council will meet this evening starting at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall. 

The Board of Public Works and Safety will hear from the various city department heads including Cemetery Superintendent Mike Collins who will open quotes for a Utility Vehicle.  They will also approve the claims.

The Common Council meeting begins at 6:30 and members will appoint a Mayor Pro-Tempore and a representative to the Marshall County Unsafe Buildings and Premises Board. 

City Attorney Sean Surrisi will ask members to acknowledge a scrivener’s error in the 2023 Salary Ordinance and the Clerk-Treasurer will present a request for an open burn for Hunter Transit.

Under the heading, Other Business, the City Council will consider an Advisory Service Proposal from BakerTilly Financial, and members will head an update on the Stellar Communities projects.   

The city meetings are open to the public and comments and questions on agenda items are welcome.  The meetings will be held in the second-floor Council Chambers of City Hall.  Those attending should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the second floor.
