Plymouth Park Superintendent Mike Hite and the Plymouth Park and Recreation Board invite the public to participate in the 2021-2026 5-Year Plan survey.
All hopeful recipients of state grants must submit their 5-year plan to the State of Indiana to be eligible for any grant opportunities.
The short survey will be active for one month, July 15, 2021 through August 15, 2021. The survey is easily accessible using the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/XY27GR2.
Information about the survey will also be included with all water bills for the City of Plymouth, but it is not exclusive to those living inside the city limits. Paper copies of the survey are available at the Plymouth Park Department Office, located at 1660 North Michigan Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00-4:00.
The Plymouth Park and Recreation Board will also be holding two public meetings to discuss the 5-Year Plan. Those will be held immediately following the August 2, and September 7, Park Board meetings at the Conservation Clubhouse.
