Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a suspicious male walking southbound on North Michigan Street from Pierce Street about 5:45 on Thursday, April 22nd.

The concerned citizen said the male was walking with a bottle of alcohol.

The officer located the male subject staggering in the alley behind the Webster Community Center.

The male was identified as 23-year-old Jerry Murphy Jr. of Argos.  He was arrested on an outstanding Marshall County warrant for domestic battery and held with NO BOND.
