MugShot_kegan thomas 4-13-21Deputy Anthony Styers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to a medical call at the Gatewood Trailer Park Tuesday evening, April 13th just before 5.

The caller said a male subject was slumped over the steering wheel and unresponsive.

Deputy Styers located the 2015 Ford Taurus and found 21-year-old Kegan Thomas a Plymouth to be operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Thomas was lodged into the Marshall County Jail on charges of OWI, Possession of tetrahydrocannabinol wax, and possession of paraphernalia.  He was held on a $1500 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II  May 6th.
