08/09/11 Phend and Brown will begin working on Hogarth Street on Tuesday. The road will not be closed but will be restricted. Workers will begin working on earthwork, pipe placement and getting ready for sidewalks. This works is expected to take two weeks to complete. Once this initial work is complete, Hogarth and Hillcrest will be closed for road reconstruction work.
