Arrested_handcuffOn Saturday, April 3rd at 4:16 P.M. Officer Richey with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to a report of someone breaking into an apartment at 881 Lincolnway East.

While Officer Richey was in route he was further advised by dispatch that a window had been broken out and that the subjects were in a physical altercation at the time.

Arriving at the location and conducting an investigation 20 year old Isaiah M. Batta was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charges of Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury and Criminal Mischief with bond set at $505.
