arrestsOn Sunday, July 5th at approximately 5:07 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department was patrolling eastbound on US 30 west of Plymouth-Goshen Trail. Officer Arnold observed a white 2020 Mercedes C300 traveling westbound on US 30 at 113 mph in the 60 mph zone. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle at US 30 and North Oak Drive. The driver of the vehicle identified as 30 year old Omar Garcia-Urbina of Waukegan, Illinois was taken into custody. Mr. Urbina was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on the charge of Reckless Driving at Unreasonable High or Low Speed.
