Miller’s resident Pearl Brecht was facing celebrating her 89th birthday with out her family by her side because of the recent quarantine orders. However, family members surprised her with a birthday parking lot parade complete and with homemade posters and helium balloons. Each vehicle stopped in front of her apartment window and shouted “Happy Birthday” and “I Love You” to which Pearl responded with waves and “I have the best family!!” After the parade the family gathered 6 feet outside her window and sang happy birthday as her granddaughter accompanied on the guitar. As her poster said, Pearl is “89 and Looking Fine”!
