arrested_handcuffsOn Friday, February 28th at 10:40 P.M. Officer Ayala with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to the 300 block of Ebersole Street in Lapaz to speak with a female regarding a court order violation.  After speaking to the female Officer’s than went to a residence in the area of the 300 block of South Main Street and located 45 year old Troy Thrush who resided at the home and placed him under arrest for Invasion of Privacy-No Contact Order. Thrush was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $505 bond. He was later released on March 1st after posting bond.
