The Marshall County Drainage Board awarded the bid for the Macomber/Hartman/Hayn/Houin Drains to the J Ballinger-Myers Ditch to Kolesiak Construction during their meeting Monday morning.
The scope of the work includes cleaning to the original bottom for a length of 7,490 feet of the Macomber Ditch and 2,050 feet of the Hayn Arm Ditch. On the Houin Ditch they will clean to the original bottom and debrush the banks on both sides for 3,100 feet. The project also includes 5,450 feet of the Hartman Ditch which will be cleaned to the original bottom and debris the ditch banks.
Kolesiak Construction was awarded the project with a bid of $18,840.00.
