Officer Kraning of the Bourbon Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 30 at 12B Road for speeding on Saturday, March 17th about 2 a.m.
During his investigation he could smell the odor of alcohol coming from within the vehicle. Consent to search was given by the juvenile driver and 8 cans of an alcoholic beverage were found.
The three juveniles were arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol and taken to the Bourbon Police Department. After promises to appear for court were issued the three juveniles were released to their parents.
