MugShot_Richard Hopkins Jr.County Police Officer Jonathan Bryant conducted a traffic stop near Leslie Avenue and Lincolnway in Plymouth on Sunday, January 14 at approximately 2:30 p.m.   

During the stop the driver, 29 year old Richard Hopkins Jr. of 1605 LWE was found to have a suspended driver’s license and to be in possession of hypodermic needles and other methamphetamine paraphernalia.

Hopkins was subsequently arrested and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for the offenses and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
