Assistant Plymouth Police Chief Mark Owen arrested a Plymouth woman for Shoplifting at Walmart Tuesday afternoon. She was also found to be in Possession of Marijuana.
37 year old Stephanie Willis was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Theft and Possession of Marijuana about 2:10 and held on a $750 cash bond.
