Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a white 2008 Ford Crown Victoria in the area of US 6 and Beech Road Monday morning just after midnight.
During the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, 42 year old Daneal A. Tuggle of Indianapolis was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond.
