MugShot_Devon Zillmer11-2017Just released from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department:  On Sunday November 5th, Officer Brouyette was working routine patrol about 3:15 in the morning.   The officer observed a black Chevy pick-up truck parked along the roadway on US30 west of Iris Road.

Due to the fact that the vehicle did not have any lights on and we were experiencing dense fog conditions, Officer Brouyette stopped to check the vehicle. The officer did not locate anybody within or around the vehicle but did observed items in the truck that are associated with criminal activity.

While the officer was checking the Bane Welker Equipment property he located a male subject dressed in dark clothing hiding under a farm tractor located on the property. The male was identified as Devon Zillmer, 35, of Bremen.

During the investigation, Mr. Zillmer was found to be in possession of Controlled Substance and Methamphetamine. Mr. Zillmer was arrested without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged on preliminary charges of: I) Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, II) Possession of Methamphetamine, III) Criminal Trespass.

Mr. Zillmer was given a $3,000.00 cash bond.
