Bremen_Police_black SUVBremen Police Officer troy Ulch arrested two people about 11 p.m. on February 14th after receiving the call of a possible domestic violence situation.

Bremen officers responded to 207 West Plymouth Street, apartment D and located 21 year old Joshua R. Tamburro and 31 year old Falesha L. Martin.

After an investigation both were arrested, Tamburro for Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child.  He was transported to the County Jail and held on a $3,000 cash bond.  Martin was arrested for Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child, Resisting Law Enforcement and Disorderly Conduct and held in the jail on a $1,500 cash bond.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
