Monday morning about 5, Officer Troy Ulch with the Bremen Police Department conducted a traffic stop at Dewey Street and Industrial Drive. That traffic stop landed 25 year old Samuel Beade-Torres of South Bend in the Marshall County Jail.
Torres was arrested for Operator Never Licensed.
