Triton Jr.-Sr. High School had 12 students compete in the District 2 DECA Competition this week in Elkhart. We had 7 of those 12 students qualify for the State Competition in March!
Superintendent Donna Burroughs said, “We are so proud of the hard work each student put into this opportunity.”
State qualifiers were:
Whytnie Miller in Principles of Business Management,
Tiffaney Hughes in Apparel and Accessories Marketing,
Abigail Powell and Haylee Copsey in Business Law and Ethics Team event,
Wyatt Stephan and Adam Stevens in Financial Services Team event
Izzy Cretcher in Hotel and Lodging Services,
Other students participating from Triton were: Haley Hooley, Karianne Dunifin, Emma Ross, Hannah Wanemacher, and Hannah Woodard.
Heidi Ulloa uses the digital microscope in Animal Science class at Triton Jr.-Sr. High School. This technology allows the whole class to see on the screen the exhibit on the microscope’s slide. The Animal Science class teacher is Lynn Fischer.
