Bremen_police_black and whiteBremen Police responded to the Dollar Tree at 1209 West Plymouth Street, Monday, January 9th just after 3 in the afternoon for a reported theft complaint.

Officer Matt Schnaible made the scene and arrested 29 year old Kayla Risner of North Judson.

Risner was charged with Theft, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamine and Resisting Law Enforcement.  She was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
