Sunday morning, January 8, at approximately 12:41 an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on Michigan Road near 11th Road for an equipment violation. During the course of the stop it was determined that the driver, 19 year old Dylan Sissel of Plymouth was impaired and in possession of marijuana.
Sissel was subsequently arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle on a Scheduled Controlled Substance. His cash bond was set at $1,500.
