Sunday morning, January 8th county police conducted a traffic stop about 3 o’clock on a 2006 Buick passenger care in the area of US 31 and 14 Road.
The driver, 45 year old Anthony James of South Bend was found to be Driving While Suspended with a prior charge. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1.500 cash bond.
