The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning at 9:30 in their second floor meeting room of the County Building.
Agenda for the meeting includes the County Highway Report, an alley vacation request in the John Johnson Addition, and Prosecutor Nelson Chipman will present the 2017 contact for Great Lakes Laboratory.
A public hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. for the establishment ordinance of a Violation Bureau.
Ward Byers from Community Corrections is seeking a letter of support for the 2018 Budget Grant and Plymouth City Attorney Sean Surrisi will discuss the Central Dispatch Contract, the Memorandum of Understanding for sign placement in the county’s right of way and the 2017 Plan Commission Director’s contract.
Also on the agenda are the County Attorney Report, County Auditor’s Report and Commissioner Items.
The commissioner’s meeting is open to the public with comment and questions welcome.
