ShopliftingPlymouth Police Officers responded to Wal-Mart about 2 o’clock Tuesday morning after two teenagers attempted to steal potato chips and alcohol. 

When the store manager confronted the pair they ran from the store.  The pair attempted to hide from officers in a swamp nearby but were located by Officer Gary Cleveland with the Plymouth Police Department. 

19 year old Robert Rodgers of Indianapolis and 19 year old Gregory Zeller of Carpentersville were found to be under the influence of alcohol. 

Rodgers was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Theft, Minor Consuming and Resisting Law Enforcement and held on a $1,000 cash bond. 

Zeller was in need of medical assistance the admitted to the Plymouth hospital for care.  He will be charged and sent a summons to appear once released from the hospital.
