Residents of Miller’s Assisted Living celebrated Independence Day in each others company on the screened in back porch. Activity Director, Cindy Flagg and volunteers Juanita Stapan and Kathy Ambrose served a delicious red, white and blue homemade trifle made by Miller’s dietary staff. The group enjoyed the dessert while visiting and reminiscing about different ways they celebrated Independence Days of their youth. Flagg also had patriotic trivia questions and read “The Ragged Old Flag” by Johnny Cash.
