A Plymouth man was arrested Saturday, May 7th after a call of a possible fight at the Economy Inn.
City Officer Chris Miller was dispatched to the Economy Inn at 1:23 Saturday morning. After an investigation that included speaking with the victims, officers located 34 year old Richard E. McCarty Jr. in room 241. McCarty was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Minor.
