A traffic stop for a moving violation landed a Plymouth man in the Marshall County Jail. Friday morning at 12:27 a county police officer stopped a vehicle in the 100 block of North Oak Drive. During the investigation is was found that 18 year old Damaris Ortiz was Operating a Vehicle without Ever Receiving a License. Ortiz was booked into the County Jail on a $255 cash bond.
