City HallThe city of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings tonight beginning at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

The Board of Public Works and Safety will conduct a public hearing on the affirmation of order to take action regarding an Unsafe Building, the out buildings at 415 Conger Street.

The city engineer will discuss monitoring wells at 101 West Jefferson Street and the installation of fiberoptic on Garro Street.

Also on the agenda are the requests of St. Michael School, P-Town Cruz’n Car Show and Autism Resources of Marshall County.

During other business, John Julien from Umbaugh, the city’s financial consultants will present information on a sewer rate increase for the improvements coming this year.

The Common Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30.  The agenda includes a report by the city attorney on Compliance Forms for seven companies who currently have tax abatements with the city.

In other business the Common Council will consider the exemption of ordinance for the Kiwanis Club to fundraise at the 4-corners.  Also listed is John Julien from Umbaugh.

The meeting are open to the public but comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.
