On Sunday, February 7th, 2016 at 8:21 PM, Marshall County Officers, LaPaz Fire and EMS were dispatched to 411 South Michigan Street in LaPaz, in front of LaPaz Fire Department for a two vehicle unknown injury accident.
Arriving at the scene, neither driver was injured, but the driver of a black 2009 Ford passenger vehicle was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The driver, 23 year old Cody Eggert of Plymouth, was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
