They have a small collection but would like to have more to enhance their Indiana Bicentennial display. They are actively seeking samples of items made by companies that are no longer in business. For instance: Gerber Enterprises, the Plymouth Box Factory, the Plymouth Barrel Factory, Weidner’s Pickle Factory, Plymouth Wagon Works, Ogden Manufacturing (Swivel joint, Sylas Wholesale), Acme Novelty, the Quad Corporation in Bourbon and Orthopedic Equipment Company in Bourbon.
If you would be willing to loan or donate an item for the display, bring it to the Museum at 123 North Michigan Street in downtown Plymouth Tuesday through Saturday from 10-4.
