Fulton County Police are investigating a Tuesday morning crash that killed an Argos man.
25 year old Andrew Overmyer was traveling south on Old U.S. Highway 31 in the 6,000 block when his vehicle left the roadway, hit a fence and a tree stump before hitting a tree and coming to rest on its side.
The owner of the property heard the crash and found the vehicle and Overmyer’s body which had been ejected from the vehicle.
Fulton County Police were unable to determine why Overmyer’s vehicle left the roadway. This crash remains under investigation.
