MugSHot_Carmen VigilA traffic stop Sunday morning December 13, at 2:10 A.M. resulted in the arrest of a Plymouth man.

A Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Michigan Road in the area 6th Road.  During the course of the investigation, the driver, 32 year old Carmen M. Vigil of Plymouth, was found to be intoxicated.   Vigil was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated – Endangering and Operating While Intoxicated – BAC of 0.15% or Above.
