arrests56 year old Faron Atkins of Plymouth was arrested Friday, November 13th after Plymouth Officer Ben McIntyre was notified that he was a passenger in a truck and had an active warrant for his arrest.

Officer McIntyre located Atkins in a parking lot at Oak Drive and Jefferson Street and after confirming the warrant took him into custody.  He was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Contempt of Court and held on a $500 cash bond for two hours and once paid he was released.

Saturday night about 11:45 Plymouth Police were dispatched to 223 ½ for a criminal mischief complaint.  The victim told dispatch the suspect had left but as Officer Taberski arrived on the scene so did the suspect, 33 year old Joshua Hoover of Plymouth.  Hoover was intoxicated and became argumentative with officers.   He was booked into the County Jail for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct and held on a $500 cash bond.
