Bremen’s Police Chief, Matt Hassel released his department activity report for the week of July 3rd through the 9th.
Officers with the Bremen Police Department issues of total of 58 traffic warnings and 14 traffic citations during the reporting period. They also investigated one crash on July 6th in the parking lot of Woodies Supermarket. The accident was for property damage.
Bremen officers made three arrests from July 3rd to the 9th. On July 3rd Flora Nance of Bremen was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior charge. On July 6th Danielle Starr of Elkhart was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior charge and on the 8th Eugene Morawski of Nappanee was arrested for operating while intoxicated.
Bremen Police also assisted the fire department with a call for EMS at 1686 Plymouth Goshen Trail on July 4th and for a carbon monoxide alarm at 530 High Road on July 7th.
