On Monday, June 8 Marshall County Police Officer Andrew Wozniak arrested 20 year old Rolando Martinez of Dixon Lake Trail and 24 year old Brain Moreno of Mill Pond Trail on warrants in connection to a burglary that was reported on April 6, 2015. The burglary was reported about 5:15 in the evening by Donel Hathaway of the 16,000 block of Mill Pond Trail.
During the burglary a paddle boat, a push mower, a generator and other lawn care related items were stolen. The majority of the items have been recovered.
