Plymouth Community School Corporation is excited to announce that they have applied and qualified for the Community Eligibility Provision in partnership with the USDA and IDOE, enabling them to provide FREE lunch to ALL PCSC students for the 2024-2025 school year.
The Community Eligibility program allows school districts to offer free meals to all students without requiring families to submit individual applications for meal assistance.
Director of Food Services, Amy Kraszyk, hopes this will bring relief to some of the corporation’s families. “Plymouth Community School Corporation has decided to partner with the USDA and IDOE for the Community Eligibility Provision. This agreement allows us to offer meals at no cost to all students based on our identified student percentage. We hope that this provision will provide relief to our PCSC families while serving the same nutritious and delicious school meals that our students love.”
The Plymouth Community School Corporation encourages families to take full advantage of this program, which will commence at the start of the 2024-2025 school year. They are looking forward to seeing the positive impact this program will have on their families and our community as a whole.
