Thursday evening, April 25th the Plymouth Rotary Club is hosting a Meet the Candidates Night at the REES Theatre in downtown Plymouth. The event begins at 6 p.m.
Rotarian Doug Gehrke will serve as emcee and moderator for the evening. Federal and state candidates attending the Candidates Night will each have four minutes to speak while county candidates will only be allotted three minutes.
Candidates who may be participating include U.S. Representatives for District II, State Senate candidates for District 8, and District 9, and State Representatives for District 7 and District 17.
County candidates will include those who have filed for Judge of Superior Court I, County Treasurer, County Coroner, County Surveyor, County Council At-Large, and County Commissioner candidates in Districts II and III.
The format for the evening will be a three-minute introduction and campaign platforms followed by a question-and-answer session.
The Candidates Night hosted by the Plymouth Rotary Club begins at 6 p.m., and it is free.
