The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to a report of a domestic dispute at 107 North Michigan Street in Lapaz on Thursday, April 18th just before 5 p.m.
Through an investigation by Deputy Hollopeter, Brayan Romero,26, of the LaPaz address was arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under the age of 16. This is a level 6 felony.
Brayan Romero is being held on a $1,500 cash bond.
