The report of a possible domestic altercation at the Carriage Green Apartments sent city officers to investigate.
Thursday morning April 18th at 1:30 officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 1330 Dora Lane for the report of a possible domestic altercation. During the investigation, it was determined that Cody Bailey of the Dora Lane address in Plymouth would be arrested for interfering with the reporting of a crime as a class A misdemeanor.
Bailey was transported and lodged into Marshall County Jail without incident and held on a $500 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
